I don’t always believe the hype about plant foods or fertilizers. I’ve tried many of them, and somehow the promises never seem to materialize. That is not the case with Miracle-Gro Orchid Plant Food Mist. I noticed a difference.
I’m not an expert or a botanist, but according to the label it’s a balanced plant food. The numbers seem to indicate it’s a dilute solution, which would make it safe for foliar application. The spray bottle delivers a very fine mist which the packaging says feeds instantly.
I used it on my orchids and they responded well, so I decided to try it on my other epiphytes – hoya, dischidia, and ceropegia. The results were equally good, particularly on the hoya and dischidia. So it’s now one of those plant products I keep on hand. I use it weekly during the growing season, and about once a month during the winter. I think it’s absolutely worth trying, at least once.
